Get Free Financial Coaching

Denver's new Financial Empowerment Center provides free, one-on-one financial counseling by trained professionals to low-income residents both at new local Financial Empowerment Centers and by integrating counseling into the delivery of municipal services.  These centers offer free, unbiased, one-on-one, professional financial counseling in English and Spanish. The Centers are designed to help you:
• Take control of your debt
• Deal with debt collectors
• Improve your credit
• Build savings
• Create a budget
• Find safe and affordable financial products
• And other services based on your specific needs

Education Cents is a free personal financial education program offering an online curriculum, workbooks, presentations, a train-the-trainer program and other tools. As a program of CollegeInvest and the Department of Higher Education, Education Cents has a special focus on the value of education after high school and making wise decisions about financing higher education. They also offer opportunities to win scholarships!
